What treatment involves
How it works
1. Consultation & Preparatory Physical Therapy
Per managed-benefit rules, at least 2 weeks and 4 sessions of standard PT come first, then manual therapy. Under the clinic’s guidance, pediatric torticollis can begin without prior physical therapy.
2. Posture Analysis & 1:1 30-Minute Manual Therapy
Based on Exbody posture analysis, a therapist delivers 30-minute 1:1 dedicated manual therapy.
3. Regular Follow-Up & Progress Evaluation
During treatment, regular director follow-ups gauge progress and repeat Exbody scans confirm correction and adjust direction.
Precautions
- Temporary symptoms early in treatmentSoreness, swelling or bruising may occur. Contact the clinic if symptoms are severe or persistent.
- Session-count and overlapping-use rulesOnce a day, 2/week and 15/year counted nationwide; exceeding may void coverage.
- About our reservation systemA 1:1 reservation where the therapist is dedicated to you; repeated no-shows can limit rebooking.
FAQ
From July 2026, manual therapy operates as a government-designated managed benefit: a 95% co-payment applies, sessions run 30 minutes at the listed fee of KRW 43,850, and treatment normally begins after at least 2 weeks and 4 sessions of standard physical therapy. Children with torticollis and other cases needing early treatment can start manual therapy right away, without that prior physical therapy.
